We utilise principles of mass-energy distribution and similitude by ZPF equilibria to derive the values of the present Hubble constant qH0q and CMBR temperature qT0.q It is demonstrated that a mathematical relationship exists between the Hubble constant and CMBR temperature such that qT0q is derived from qH0.q The values derived are q67.0843(km/s/Mpc)q and q2.7248(K)q respectively. We also derive improved estimates for the solar distance from the Galactic centre qRoq and total Galactic mass qMGq as being q8.1072(kpc)q and q6.3142 x1011(solar-masses)q respectively.
