I sat down and decided to write a book. This started with a few questions from friends and family who didn't know where to start when it came to investing in property. It was different to buying a first home, which seemed easy in comparison. When you start talking about another mortgage, the perfect location for optimum investment or the different property investments that are available it starts to get a little scary and more than a bit confusing.
