Labour Law in Denmark gives the reader a broad understanding of Danish Labour Law covering all important aspects. The book deals with the sources of labour law, individual employment relationship, collective bargaining, remuneration, working conditions settlement. It provides advocates and administrators, management and labour, and especially students, with an overview of all aspects of Danish labour law, and, to some extent, of its social, economic and political context.Thus the Act is only valid for those workers who by tradition have been covered by the previous Acts relating to the relationship ... who are doing general and manual agricultural work, and those workers who are doing general, manual domestic work. The Act does not apply to agricultural and domestic workers who are doing work where some training in a trade is a necessary prerequisite to the work.
