This study addressed the implementation of a faith-based curriculum program in a religious organization with findings which are not unique for ecclesiastics. The curriculum program and population in this study address several educational theories in general, providing applied and theoretical implications for curriculum programs in any subject matter, providing a universal appeal to educators.
