The purpose of this study was to examine the nature of customer satisfaction as it applies to a person recreating at Diamond Lake. More specifically, this study explored satisfaction items across several socio-demographic and trip characteristic variables and attempted to determine which satisfaction items were associated with predicting an overall satisfaction rating. The study took place at Diamond Lake, which is located in south central Oregon, from May 25th, 2007 to August 3rd, 2007.
